Lifeguarding for Monmouth County
Park System
 |
Our lifeguard program is challenging, and a high integrity
ocean lifeguard operation. Our standards and
expectations are very high and as such we wish to employ those
who are willing to work under our demanding guidelines.
Our organization emphasizes intensive training
and conditioning. Seven Presidents employs those
who are enthusiastic about learning ocean rescue skills, first
aid skills, and and maintaining high levels of
personal fitness.
We are a small, but feisty and tough ocean lifeguard
crew. Since our training and hiring standards are very
high, we are able to compete successfully against much larger
lifeguard crews. Our women lifeguards consistantly rank
in the top two nationally at the annual
All-Women's tounament. Each day our crew engages in
workouts - rain or shine, hot or cold, rough or
calm. |
